The Perfect Lake Community

Lucaya Lake is a 78 acre, privately owned, human-made lake in Florida. It is located just 20 miles south of Tampa and just minutes away from Florida's Clear Water Beach.

Less than a mile from route 301 and close to I-75 and I-4, Lucaya Lake Club is located in the perfect area. The community has great amenities for residents to enjoy including a floating dock and boat ramp, spectacular pool and splash park and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Fun Activities

The Lake in the community is a very enjoyable place for residents to enjoy lake life by launching a pontoon, taking up fishing or perfecting their cannonball.

Other activities to do near the lake is Lithia Springs Conservation Park. It is just 12 miles away and is well-known for its beautiful, clear natural spring with water temperature that remain 72 degrees year-round.

Another fun place to visit is the Manatee Viewing center, only seven miles away from the community, and offers a unique experience for families with trails, a 50 foot observation tower and a butterfly garden.

Sunshine and Fun Times

Boats are permitted on the lake for residents only. Boat rentals ranging from pontoons to kayaks are available at Lake Park Marina.

Lake Park Marina offers many services including snorkeling and dive charter boats and an opportunity to voyage to the west end of Bahamas.
